Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks), all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to receive immediate access and waive any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Since eBooks are delivered electronically, there is no return period and items cannot be physically returned.

Returns

We do not accept returns for digital products. Once your purchase is completed and the eBook has been delivered (via download link or email), it is considered fulfilled.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order after purchase. If you experience any of the following issues:

  • You did not receive your eBook

  • The download link is not working

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All digital products (including eBooks) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We also do not offer refunds on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are not applicable for digital products.

If you experience an issue with your file, we will provide a replacement or working version where applicable.

Refunds

However, refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Technical issue that cannot be resolved

  • Product not delivered

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
